At Vridhi Astro Gems, customer satisfaction and product authenticity are our top priorities. Each gemstone, crystal, and Rudraksha is handpicked and thoroughly checked for quality before dispatch. However, in certain cases, we understand a return or exchange may be required.

1. Cancellation Before Shipment:

Order once placed can only be cancelled within 4 hours from the placing the order, you can write to our customer support team on contact@vridhiastrogems.com or call on 9996136156. In such cases, the order will be cancelled and we shall initiate actions for refund within 48-72 business hours after the cancellation request received by us.

2. Return & Exchange

A. Precious Gemstones

Only precious loose gemstones (such as Yellow Sapphire, Emerald, Ruby, Diamond, etc.) are eligible for return or exchange.

You must report your return/exchange request within 48 hours of receiving the product, along with unboxing video or photographic proof showing the issue clearly.

The product must be returned within 7 days of delivery in its original condition, unused, and with all certificates and packaging intact.

You must have to send the gemstone with a Govt. lab certification, if you opened/broke the seal of the gemstone box.

Once verified and approved, you may choose either a replacement or refund (excluding shipping and handling charges).

B. Semi-Precious Gemstones, Crystals, Bracelets, Rings, Pendants, and Rudraksha

These items are not eligible for return once sold, as they are energized, customized, or naturally unique.

However, they can be exchanged only if:

  • The wrong item was delivered.
  • The product is damaged in transit.
  • In case of any manufacturing defects.
  • The product is found in-genuine or mismatched with the order details.

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with proper proof (clear photos or an unboxing video).
  • Once verified, a replacement will be processed at no additional cost.

3. Conditions for Return/Exchange

  • The item must be in its original, unused condition with all tags, certificates, and packaging intact.
  • Products showing signs of wear, damage, alteration, or removal of certification will not be accepted.
  • Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer, unless the return is due to an error or damage caused by us.

4. Refund Process

Refunds (for eligible products only) will be initiated within 7–10 business days after we receive and verify the returned product.

The refund will be processed through the original mode of payment only.

Shipping, handling, and service charges (if any) are non-refundable. Custom-made items, engraved pieces, gift cards, and items marked as final sale are not eligible for refunds.

Any paid Pooja done to energised the stone or paid lab certification are neither exchangeable nor refundable.

To request a refund, simply email us your order details, including the reason why you’re requesting a refund. We take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our quality of service.

6. Important Note

  • Returns/exchanges reported after 48 hours of product delivery will not be accepted.
  • All decisions regarding product verification and authenticity are at the sole discretion of Vridhi Astro Gems.
