  • Generally, your order is dispatched from our warehouse within 2-3 business days for loose gemstones & crystals, 5–7 business days for customized jewelry.
  • In case of delays due to high demand or unforeseen issues, customers will be notified.

  • We ship through trusted and reliable courier partners (domestic & international).
  • Tracking details will be shared once the order is dispatched.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on location, courier, and customs clearance.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination and product weight/size.
  • Free shipping may be offered on selected products or promotional offers (if applicable).

4. Delivery Timelines

  • Domestic (India): 4–7 business days after dispatch. (may vary slightly based on location & logistics)
  • International: 10–20 business days after dispatch (may vary due to customs).

 5. Customs & Duties (For International Orders)

  • Import duties, taxes, and charges (if any) are the buyer’s responsibility.
  • Vridhi Astro Gems is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance.

6. Shipping Address

  • Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
  • We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your package is damaged or lost in transit, please contact us immediately.
  • Claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery (with photos for proof).
  • We will coordinate with the courier to resolve the issue.

8. Non-Delivery

If delivery is attempted but not accepted by the customer, re-shipping charges will apply.
